As part of our work to advance Good Jobs, Reimagine Main Street has partnered with the US Department of Commerce to produce a series of webinars. These sessions are designed for small employers to hear from their peers and to learn about relevant research, tools, and resources available from government agencies, non-profit organizations, foundations, and others. Purpose: Engage employers to help them understand the following: – What is a “Good Job” and why does it matter for small and mid-sized employers? – What decisions and actions can business owners take to increase job quality and ensure that employees want to work for their firms?
